Items purchased through paatahide.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred. Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.

Customized items are determined by Customization Policy only.

The "Handbag as a Gift" policy outlines the terms and conditions of the promotion. Customers who meet certain criteria during the promotional period are eligible to receive a handbag as a gift. If your order exceeds 500 USD, you can obtain the branded handbag for just 1 USD. If you return the dress, the bag must also be returned. Without the bag, its cost cannot be refunded at the discounted price (meaning you will not receive 90 USD back if the handbag is not returned). This policy only applies until the promotion ends.

Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected. Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns may be requested through the Return Form - fill in the form carefully, as you will not have the chance to refill it. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Only authorized returns will be refunded.

Item must be received back at Milla within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the moment your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

We allow the possibility of a one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new order of the exchange or replacement will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
